Technical resolution:
 To give the Europcup in seniors there have to be 5 competitors from 3 countrys and in junior kategory 3 competitors from 2 countrys . Every country might declare every number of competitors . Juniors age is 18 that's means born in 1984 or later . Each country should have 3 national flag and casset with their country hymn .
In every class for the winner there will be hand in a special bowl . For I , II , III place memorial medal. We are giving a time table witch can be changed because of number of competitors .
