Award:
 the first three participants in each model class will get medallions and documents. Every participant will get a document.
Flag and Hymn:
 Each participating nation is obligates 3 flags and a CD or cartridge with the national hymn to bring along. After the closing ceremony everyone of the respective crew leaders receives the flags as well as the cartridges back.
Event:
 We will organize a evening event. The Fee for this will be approx 15,00 € per person. If you want to join the event please make registration as well.
Round counting:
  the round counting will be done with Transponder. If you need to borrow one the fee will be 5,00 €
