Rules of entry :

 Competitors must be entered by their national association's FSR section, affiliated to Naviga. The association must have settled the Naviga membership fees by the date set (NAVIGA rules 2003)
Junior is someone who in the year of the competition is not older than 18 years. For safety reasons the junior competitors in the FSR 15 cc engines classes must be at least 12 years old. ( rule 3.2.1. NAVIGA - Competition Rules 2003).
National association can enter the number of competitors in seniors and juniors classes as specified in NAVIGA competition rules ( rule 3.2.3 . Naviga - Competition Rules 2003).
Competitors must have four (4) pairs of frequency crystals.
Competitors have to provide their own fuel. Upon previous request stated on the entry form the organiser will provide the fuel on arrival. Starter batteries for the competitors arriving by aeroplane, can be borrowed from the organiser.
Each national association should provide two national flags and tape or CD with the countries national anthem.

Protests fees:

 10 EUR (in cash)

Awards:

 The first three competitors in each class will receive medals. Each competitor will receive a certificate.

Entries:

 All competitors must correctly fill in the entry forms in BLOCK CAPITALS. The entries must be signed and stamped by the national association. Only entries by post will be accepted. Entries must be sent by the national association together with the fees by the deadline date.

Each national association remits three amounts:

 - the first for the entry fees in EUR
- the second for any fuel required in EUR
- the third for accommodation in EUR

National association should indicate the name and the address of the team leader (see the form Summary of registration)

The organiser will arrange booking of accommodation. (see the form Lodging).

Entry fees:

 Juniors: 10 EUR per boat and per class
Seniors: 15 EUR per boat and per class
